IT field services · Europe
Engineers on site, in the country where the problem is.
Service desk, deskside support, network and data centre work across twelve European countries. One contract, one contact, engineers who speak the language of the site they attend.
What we do
Two sides of the same company: engineers on site across Europe, and software built and maintained by our own developers.
IT support
Managed IT support
A service desk for everyday issues, specialists for the harder ones, and engineers on site.
02Site and data surveys
A documented survey before installation, so the second visit never happens.
03Network installation
Routers, firewalls, wireless and structured cabling, tested and certified.
04Data centre services
Smart hands: rack & stack, cross-connects, swaps and decommission.
05Workplace and device services
Provisioning, imaging, rollouts, office setup and print, run in waves.
06AV and meeting rooms
Screens, cameras, microphones and Cisco room systems, installed, cabled and tested.
07IT staffing and backfill
Service desk and specialist engineers placed with you, plus absence cover and surge teams.
Software development
UI and UX design
Wireframes, interface design and a design system developers can build straight from.
02Custom applications
Line-of-business systems built around how the work actually happens.
03Web applications
Customer and internal-facing web software, from one tool to a platform.
04Mobile app development
iOS and Android, native or cross-platform, chosen on what the app must do.
05Testing and QA
Test strategy, automated suites and release verification.
What you get
The numbers you will be asked about in the tender.
Before you shortlist
The three questions IT managers ask us first.
Answered the way we would answer them on a call, without the sales pitch.
Can you actually cover all our sites, or only the easy ones?
We answer per site, in writing, before you commit. Priority, core and wider-Europe markets are labelled differently on purpose. Where we source per project we say so rather than claiming blanket coverage.
Will the engineer speak the language of my site?
Every engineer is assessed at CEFR B2 or above in the local working language plus technical English. Language, not skill, is the most common cause of a failed on-site visit.
How do I know the work was actually done properly?
Photographs, test results, as-built notes and a completion confirmation on every job, the day it's done. You never chase us for evidence, and the survey report is the deliverable on survey work.
Where we sit in the chain
End clients buy from a prime. Primes buy from us where they have no engineers. Both routes end at the same people on the ground.
The end client
A German manufacturer, a Dutch bank, a French retailer. They put IT support out to tender and want one supplier, not twelve. Some come to us directly.
The prime contractor
The large IT services firms that win those contracts. They are on the hook if response times are missed, but win work across fifteen sites while holding engineers in three cities.
The delivery partner
Engineers on the ground in both directions: direct for the client who wants one supplier, white-label for the prime who cannot reach the site.
Verified engineers, not a list of names
The same checks apply whoever holds the contract. Specific, verifiable, and completed before an engineer is put forward.
Verified engineers
Every engineer is verified before we make them available. We're not a marketplace where anyone registers and claims a skill.
CEFR B2 language minimum
Assessed at B2 or above in the local working language, plus technical English. Language is the most common cause of on-site failure.
Assessment before deployment
Engineers are assessed against the assignment's skill profile before being put forward, to prevent avoidable escalation.
Checks completed in advance
Identity, right-to-work and documentation verified before an engineer attends. You never inherit that admin or risk.
Documented closeout
Photographs, test results, as-built notes and completion confirmation on every job. You never chase us for evidence.
White-label where needed
Where you are the contract holder, our engineers arrive in your name, in your ticketing system, following your process.
We act as a processor under GDPR Article 28, with a data processing agreement signed before access is granted. Delivery follows ITIL-aligned process and ISO 27001-aligned information security practice. Identity and right-to-work records are held in the EU.
Read the answers on our standardsAccreditations and frameworks
Two different claims, kept apart on purpose. Certified means an auditor has issued a certificate we can send you. Aligned means we follow the framework without holding the certificate.
Three ways to buy
Rates are quoted per country and per skill level, because an engineer in Zürich doesn't cost what an engineer in Kraków costs. The rate card is a document, not a slider.
Per assignment
One job, one price, agreed before the engineer is dispatched. The way most partners start with us.
Retained coverage
Most commonA standing response commitment across an agreed list of sites, drawn down as tickets arrive.
Resident engineer
One or more engineers assigned to you full time, for backfill, absence cover or a rollout peak.
Frequently asked questions
Twelve, split into three honest bands. Priority markets (Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland) have deep engineer coverage and four-hour on-site response. Core markets (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy) have established availability with next-day response. Wider Europe (UK, Austria, Nordics, Ireland, Poland) is sourced per project and confirmed per city rather than claimed as blanket coverage.
Send us the site list. We'll tell you what we cover.
Locations, languages and the response window you need. You get a written coverage answer per site and a rate card, usually within two working days.
