Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using FlickSoft services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Services
FlickSoft provides IT field services and software development services. All services are provided on an assignment or contract basis with clearly defined scope and deliverables.
Payment terms
Payment terms are specified in individual assignment agreements. Rates are quoted per country and per skill level on a rate card issued before work begins.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, all custom code and deliverables become the property of the client. FlickSoft retains the right to use general methodologies and frameworks developed during the project.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and assignment details. All team members sign non-disclosure agreements.
Limitation of liability
FlickSoft liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific assignment. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
